Family Support Worker - Gloucestershire Rate of Pay: £15.87 per hour (≈ £33,000 per annum) Shifts: Monday-Friday, varied shifts 9-5 / 10-6 / 8-4 depending on diary We are seeking a committed, resilient, and hardworking Family Support Worker to join our client's team in Gloucestershire. Attitude, willingness to learn and work hard, and dedication to supporting families are absolutely key in this role. As a Family Support Worker, you will work directly with children and families across the community-this may include home visits, community work, schools, and office-based work in either Dursley or Cirencester. You will be responsible for managing your own diary and will carry a caseload of around 12 families. You will report directly to one Team Manager, and a laptop will be issued for your work.
