They are currently looking for Junior Sous Chef or Senior CDP to play a major part in delivering to their vision. This role will suit a Junior CDP or established Junior Sous Chef that will bring experience of delivering high standard function and event catering. As the Junior Sous Chef, you will be bringing innovation, quality and attention detail. The Junior Sous Chef will run banqueting to a high level: dinners of 200+ and events of up to 500.
