Salary: £40,800 - £49,000 Per Year

The Heart of the Role:
Tezlom has a great opportunity for passionate, dedicated, and clinically skilled Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) and Registered Learning Disability Nurses (RNLD) to join the nursing team, a leading mental health facility in North Hertfordshire.
You will play a pivotal role in delivering specialist care to adults with chronic, complex mental health needs, including those with co-occurring physical health conditions. Your Day-to-Day highlights:
As a senior nurse on shift:
* Leading the delivery of individualised, holistic care plans
* Acting as a Primary Nurse within a multidisciplinary team
* Liaising with external professionals and families
* Facilitating daily therapeutic hospital activities
* Advocating for your patients, including under the Mental Health Act
* Supporting and mentoring junior staff
* Helping shape local policies and service improvement
