Hi there We're More Than Foil, a small but passionate eCommerce business based in South Godstone. We specialise in creating personalised, hand-crafted art prints that turn cherished memories into stunning gifts. Our mission is to offer something truly unique and meaningful in the world of gift-giving.
We're now looking for a confident, creative and camera-ready individual to join our team as a TikTok Live Presenter & Social Media Creator. If you love social media, enjoy being on camera, have a natural flair for engaging with people and have a passion for art gifts and baby products, this role could be perfect for you.
Role Overview:
In this role, you'll be the face of our brand across TikTok, Instagram and other platforms. You'll host live sessions, create fun and engaging content around our workshop, and manage our social media channels. Alongside this, you'll also support the team with day-to-day operations such as customer service and order fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Host TikTok & Instagram live sessions, showcasing our products and engaging with customers in real time.
* Create engaging short-form video content (TikToks, Reels, Stories) about our workshop and products.
* Capture behind-the-scenes footage and assist with photo and video shoots of new and existing artworks.
* Respond to customer and collaborator queries across social media channels.
* Manage posting schedules and contribute creative ideas for growing our online presence.
* Support with light order fulfilment tasks such as packing orders during lives and other small admin tasks as needed.
Key Skills & Qualities:
* Confident, chatty, and not camera shy - you're comfortable hosting lives and speaking naturally on camera.
* Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms.
* Basic video editing skills for short-form content (Reels, TikTok, etc).
* Canva/Photoshop experience is a bonus but not essential.
* Good computer skills (basic printing, emails, data entry, etc).
* A creative mindset with the ability to come up with fresh content ideas.
