The Boeing Company is seeking an Entry Configuration Management Engineer to support the Boeing Defense, Space, and Security (BDS) Air Dominance programs in St. Louis, MO. The successful candidate will perform configuration planning, compile product data, manage changes, and facilitate program baseline management.
Position Responsibilities:
* Review prime and supplier contract change management requirements.
* Interpret configuration management plans and processes.
* Assign and maintain product and document identification.
* Evaluate and coordinate engineering changes.
* Prepare change control documents such as ECPs, RFVs, CD/CRs, support Change Control Boards, conduct audits, generate status reports, etc.
* Support the generation of Technical Data Packages (TDP) by interpreting technical data requirements and compiling product design data.
* Collaborate with fellow engineers and customers on configuration management practices.
* Engage in program planning.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite at one of the listed locations. The ability to obtain a US Security Clearance is required, with US Citizenship as a condition.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor of Science in engineering, technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
* Level 1: equivalent combination of education and experience with a Bachelor's degree.
* 1+ years using Excel for data analysis.
* 1+ years editing PDF and Word files.

* Ability to navigate formal and informal channels within organizations.
* Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
