What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Manage and maintain landlord, vendor, and client relationships. Conduct property viewings and guide clients through sales and lettings processes. Proactively market properties across various channels. Collaborate with the lettings and property management teams. Stay informed on local market trends and competitor activity. Achieve personal and team targets while maintaining high service standards. Support the growth of the sales and lettings division. What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Experience in residential lettings and/or sales. Proven track record in client relationship management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proactive, target-driven, and highly organised. Full UK driving licence essential. ARLA or NAEA qualification desirable. Knowledge of the Bournemouth property market advantageous.
