Summary:

We're seeking an organised and motivated Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our busy head office. This hands-on role covers administration, scheduling, health & safety, and client support — perfect for someone who enjoys variety and keeping things running smoothly.

DKS Limited is a national land management company working across the renewable, agricultural, and commercial sectors. We provide consultancy and contracting services in ecology, arboriculture, agriculture, and environmental services. Our head office near Bridgend offers a friendly, professional, and energetic work environment.

About the Role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to support the Managing Director and Head of Operations with the day-to-day running of the office and operational processes.

This is a varied role, ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to keep multiple tasks moving at once.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist senior management with office operations and administration
* Prepare quotes, reports, and client documentation
* Liaise with staff, clients, and suppliers
* Manage diaries, book travel, and coordinate logistics
* Prepare Health & Safety documents (RAMS, Risk Assessments) and carry out routine checks
* Oversee fleet documentation (MOTs, services, inspections)
* Maintain training records and book training courses
* Obtain supplier quotes to support tenders
* Update company social media accounts regularly

What We're Looking For

* 4+ years' administration experience in a similar role
* Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Experience supporting senior management
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills
* A proactive, "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience managing business social media accounts
* Health & Safety knowledge
