Overview
As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, ensuring the team has what they need so the shift runs smoothly. You’ll maintain high standards and keep customers happy. You will be acting as a duty manager at times and look after the safe operation of the Soft Play area and ensure hotel guests are happy and enjoying their stay. This role requires at least 3 years or equivalent experience in Hospitality or retail.
This is a great opportunity for a current junior manager or supervisor seeking their next step and to learn more aspects of hospitality. There are two openings for this role and both require full flexibility on hours. Weekends are non-negotiable.
Responsibilities
* Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
* Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
* Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
* Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and address issues quickly and safely.
* Maintain high standards in the hotel and safety in the Soft Play area.
