We are looking for a responsible, caring School Cleaner to join our team at Dibden Park School, Southampton. As a School Cleaner, you will support pupils and young people in their daily lives by maintaining our facilities to ensure they are clean, comfortable, and healthy.
This is a great opportunity to work with a team dedicated to helping pupils with varied and complex needs.
Our Cleaners play an essential role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness required by our pupils. You will take pride in performing duties such as vacuuming, mopping, rubbish removal, dusting, and cleaning to the highest standards.
We seek a Cleaner who shares our vision to build incredible futures by empowering vulnerable young people in the UK to be happy and successful.
Previous experience in a similar setting is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided. The right motivation, personal qualities, and resilience are equally important. This role is ideal for individuals from customer-facing industries such as retail, hospitality, or leisure, seeking a meaningful role that makes a difference.
You should be quality-focused, efficient, able to work quickly, and motivated to create a safe, caring environment where every child can thrive.
