About the Role
As a Support Practitioner, your responsibilities may include:
* Social Support - Helping individuals engage with their communities by planning and attending outings such as day centres, cinema, swimming, and other leisure activities.
* Medical Support - Administering and monitoring medication.
* Personal Care - Supporting wellbeing by assisting with bathing, dressing, incontinence care, and arranging healthcare appointments.
* Practical Support - Encouraging daily household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking, and shopping to help individuals maintain their tenancy.
Flexible Working
Full-Time, Part-Time, and Bank roles available. Shifts vary between early, back, late, and sleepovers; you must be flexible.
