The Role:

Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
*
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
*
Prepare and present design proposals, ensuring they meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
*
Oversee the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
*
Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to achieve project objectives.
*
Mentor and support junior staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
*
Contribute to the practices business development efforts, identifying opportunities for new projects and clients.
The Senior Architect will be:
*
RIBA Part 3 qualification or equivalent.
*
Significant post:qualification experience in architectural practice.
*
Proven experience in leading and delivering architectural projects across various sectors.
*
Strong technical knowledge and experience in producing detailed design and construction documentation.
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
*
Experience in managing project budgets and timelines effectively.
*
Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD and Revit.
