We’re looking to welcome a dependable professional to join a busy property maintenance team covering a variety of domestic and commercial sites in Ashington. This permanent role requires travel between locations, so a full UK driving licence is essential. The successful candidate will take on a multiskilled role, carrying out a range of maintenance and repair tasks while supporting planned schedules and urgent reactive jobs. This position requires someone who can deliver high quality workmanship and maintain excellent customer service standards. Salary: £28,851 - £31,000 per annum including standby payments. Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
