Accounts Payable Administrator

Are you a detail-focused finance professional with a strong understanding of accounts payable and a passion for process improvement? We're looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our growing Finance Team in Portsmouth.
In this key role, you'll be responsible for managing all vendor payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and supporting broader financial operations to help drive business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Enter all vendor invoices into NetSuite, including overhead and stock purchase bills
Liaise with our supply chain team and external vendors to resolve billing discrepancies
Monitor regular monthly overheads and highlight any anomalies or concerns
Manage fortnightly BACS runs and ensure all vendors are paid within agreed terms
Process international payments via Western Union and other ad-hoc methods
Monitor daily bank transactions and perform reconciliations
Prepare monthly foreign currency forecasts for upcoming purchases
