Role Purpose
We are recruiting for an Occupancy Data Analyst within the client-based JLL Team. The Data Analyst will report to the Data Manager and be responsible for data, reporting, and analytics processes across internal JLL service streams and the in-house Client Facilities Management. The team is dedicated to a Life Sciences client, focusing mainly on key sites in Cambridge and Luton. The role is hybrid, involving both remote work and on-site presence in Cambridge.
What this job involves
1. Promoting and enabling the import and export of best practices related to data fields and linking them to industry standards.
2. Providing consistent delivery and formatting of recurring reports and updates to the client.
3. Developing new methods for data processing and reporting.
4. Receiving, cleansing, and processing quantitative data using existing and new applications.
5. Supporting recurring ad hoc processes and reports.
6. Modeling, analyzing, and compiling quantitative data.
7. Identifying trends and developing automated tools and dashboards for real-time insights.
8. Offering subject matter expertise in data processes and analyses.
9. Participating in developing data analysis skills within the team.
10. Formulating recommendations based on data analysis to influence behaviors and techniques.
11. Performing regular data audits.
12. Collaborating with the IoT Coordinator to analyze sensor data effectively.
Candidate Requirements
* Detail-oriented and process-driven.
* Experience with data processes, report management, and mapping.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerBI, and Excel.
* Knowledge of FM Systems, Tableau, and Alteryx is beneficial.
* Experience analyzing occupancy sensor data is advantageous.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
* Understanding of data reporting requirements.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to handle ad hoc client requests.
* Problem-solving skills.
