Overview
As an RVN at Berry House, you\'ll be involved in a variety of nursing duties including patient care, nurse clinics, theatre work, and supporting a wide range of treatments and procedures. Our nurses are encouraged to use their full potential and make the most of the advanced equipment available, including laparoscopy, digital x-ray (including dental), multiparameter monitoring, and Phovia.
Responsibilities
* Provide general nursing care to patients, support nurse clinics, theatre work, and assist with a wide range of treatments and procedures.
* Utilise advanced equipment (laparoscopy, digital x-ray including dental, multiparameter monitoring, Phovia) to support patient care.
* Adapt to a busy practice while maintaining professionalism and organisation.
* Collaborate with a friendly, enthusiastic, proactive team to deliver high-quality patient care and client service.
* Work schedule includes full-time hours with standard and occasional extended shifts; shifts typically start around 7:30–10:00 and finish around 16:00–21:45, with weekends on a 1 in 7 rota.
Requirements
* Registered Veterinary Nurse with strong all‑round nursing skills.
* Ability to thrive in a busy practice while maintaining professionalism and organisation.
