Web Administrator Customer Sales and Admin Support – Part-time with potential for Full Time - In Office
The Garden Vista Group office is situated within the Haslemere Garden Centre and have been in operation for over 30 years.
We sell a range of High-Quality Outdoor buildings from Garden Tidies and Sheds to Summerhouses and Glass rooms and Greenhouses to Home offices. We pride ourselves on offering quality products and services in Outdoor Building Sales, Hard and Soft landscaping and grounds maintenance, delivering an exceptional quality of services.
The primary task of this role is to provide Web based administration which entails adding new products and updating current listings working with and alongside the Web Manager supporting and assisting and helping to maintain our Web site Store details helping to ensure accuracy of information for our large online Garden Building Store which our customers access and use to place orders.
Therefore it is essential in order to fulfil this role you have strong inputting skills and you are able to focus and committed to accurate data entry, You are a person who understands the importance of accurate data entry and you have a good eye for detail and concentration.
A positive and conscientious team-player who cares about the jobs tasks required and the job role within the organisation. You will join our small friendly busy office which is based in a lovely environment at the Haslemere Garden Centre.
Along side this the other important task will involve processing the online orders which have been placed. Guidance and Training will be given.
Other Key requirements will also include a very good telephone manner and communication skills, plus good presentation and being able to engage with customers directly when they enquire at the office as well as over the phone.
The successful candidate will need to have a can-do attitude, and good organisational skills. Part of the role will involve contacting previous customers and prospective customers, so a passion to engage with people and build a rapport is essential.
We need someone who is a natural relationship builder, capable of delivering a reliable, friendly and professional service when dealing with our customer base.
Therefore if you have a keen eye for detail and good concentration skills with a can do attitude who is comfortable working in Sales environment providing great customer service on the phone and in person working alongside and being part of a small friendly team.

SKILLS
* Experience working with MS Office programmes
* Experience managing products and updates on e-commerce platforms, particularly WordPress (WooCommerce), is desirable.
* Experience handling incoming calls, friendly and efficiently
* Able to prioritise and manage a busy workload
* Able to work on own initiative when required
* Great accuracy and attention to detail required for order inputting and Web Based updates.
* Proven history of providing customer service, in a real time environment.
* Strong admin and communication skills
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
* Great team player, happy to support others for the good of the company
* An intertest or experience in the Garden Buildings sector would be advantageous
* Well-presented and confident to meet customers face to face as well as dealing with people over the phone
* Able to manage complaints professionally and calmly, seeing any issues through to a successful outcome for all parties.
