Manager, Technology Consulting
Midlands based | Hybrid working
I'm supporting a growing mid market advisory practice as they appoint a Manager into their Technology Consulting team.
This is a senior delivery leadership role, sitting between Partner and consulting team. The practice has seen significant growth over the past 18 months and is now looking to strengthen quality, governance and client delivery at Director level.
The firm works with ambitious, privately owned and investor backed businesses across a range of sectors. Engagements span:
• Fractional CIO and IT Director support
• Technology strategy through to execution
• ERP and systems selection programmes
• End to end project delivery and change
• Buy and sell side technology due diligence
• Current state reviews and value creation planning
This is not a pure sales role. New business sits with the Partner group. Your focus will be delivery excellence, acting as the quality gate on board level outputs, leading complex engagements personally, and mentoring a highly billable consulting team.
You will bring:
• Confidence producing and presenting executive level reports - Essential - we need someone who can produce high end reports for clients
• A strong background in technology consulting (3 years + of meaningful consulting experience)
• Experience delivering complex programmes such as ERP implementations
• Commercial awareness around scoping, estimating and managing engagements
• The credibility to challenge senior stakeholders constructively
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills - particularly around the sign-off point for key deliverables.
