HR Coordinator
Location: Wembley Stadium, London (with travel across the UK & Ireland)
Contract: Fixed-term | October 2026– Summer 2028
The Role
The HR Coordinator facilitates the employee lifecycle through UK&I 2028, ensuring a smooth experience through both employment processes and supporting with any ad hoc queries. This role supports the successful delivery of the UK&I 2028 Tournament through inclusive, values‑driven and performance‑focused contribution. What you’ll be doing
* Timely and accurate production of employment documents and materials across the employee lifecycle (starters, changes & leavers).
* Regular maintenance of employment records, ensuring compliance to legal and audit requirements.
* Timely and accurate data input, ensuring the integrity of the data in the system is maintained.
* Ensure the accuracy of payroll data each month.
* Support managers and employees with using self‑service.
* Maintain and update the payroll tracker.
* Monitor the completion of probation period, including liaising with the line manager about the outcome before the due date, and prepare any documentation as required.
* Proactively respond to front line queries from the business and provide low risk HR advice (where applicable).
* Actively look for and identify opportunities for improvement, using initiative to amend processes and templates when inconsistencies have been identified.
* Provide administration support across the annual HR processes including PDR, annual salary review, bonus, engagement survey.
* Support employee engagement activities, including monthly team updates and social events.
* Undertake additional duties as required to meet evolving project needs.

Location & Working Pattern
Based at Wembley Stadium, with travel across the UK & Ireland as required.
* 2026: 3 days/week onsite
* 2027: 3–4 days/week onsite
* 2028: Full-time onsite during tournament delivery
