Core Skills:
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret information, identify trends, risks, and insights;
* Attention to detail, with a structured approach to reviewing data, processes, policies, or controls;
* Clear written and verbal communication skills, able to explain findings and recommendations to a range of stakeholders;
* Problem‑solving mindset, with curiosity to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and suggest improvements;
* Ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast‑paced or regulated environment;
* High standards of professionalism and integrity, particularly when handling sensitive or confidential information
Qualifications:
* Graduated in 2025 or are due to complete in 2026;
* Minimum achievement or expectation of a 2:1 degree;
* An interest and enthusiasm to work in the Financial Services industry;
* Able to commute to Cheadle on a daily basis; (the role is not remote);
* A problem‑solving approach and a keen desire to learn new tools and technologies;
* Experience using Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, basic analysis); and experience with other tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, or Tableau is desirable but not essential
