Benfield Sports Centre, part of NEAT Academy Trust, is seeking a professional and customer-focused individual to join our operational team as a Leisure Assistant. This permanent, part-time role is essential in ensuring the delivery of a safe, clean, and high-quality experience for all users of our Sports Centre.
As a Leisure Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. We are looking for a colleague who has:
• An understanding of how to deliver quality service within a busy leisure environment.
• Physical fitness appropriate for the post which will include setting up sports equipment.
• Ability to demonstrate good interpersonal skills with colleagues, contractors and customers.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
The post is permanent, and part time 6 hours per week, working 3:00-9:30pm on Fridays.
The successful candidate will join the team at Benfield Sports Centre who run the centre which enables thousands of children and adults to take part in a varied programme of activities each week.
