Your Role:
* Support teachers in delivering differentiated lessons for pupils with SEN
* Provide one-to-one or small group support for children with additional needs
* Assist with behaviour management and help maintain a calm, inclusive environment
* Prepare and organise resources to meet pupils’ individual learning plans
* Supervise pupils during lessons, break times, and lunchtimes
We’re Looking For:
* Teaching assistant qualification or relevant experience supporting SEN pupils
* Experience in primary, EYFS, or SEN settings
* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
* Patient, empathetic, and committed to supporting all children
Bonus Points If You Have:
* Level 3 SEN or TA qualification
* Enhanced DBS certificate (especially on the update service)
* Experience supporting pupils with a wide range of SEN needs
* Confidence using tech to enhance learning and tracking progress

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
