Job Title: Sales & Marketing – Project Manager
Contract: 12 Months/Hybrid 2 days onsite
Job Description
SRG is seeking a sales and marketing project manager for a multinational consumer goods and personal care corporation that mainly produces paper-based consumer products. The role involves supporting and driving key projects within the marketing team, focusing on innovation pipelines, operational management, and world-class GTM excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing projects, from brief to delivery.
2. Develop and maintain project timelines and resource plans.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, consumer engagement, performance marketing, supply chain, and customer service.
4. Track project performance and report on key milestones and KPIs.
5. Identify risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
6. Ensure brand consistency and quality across all marketing deliverables.
7. Coordinate initiatives with interdependencies, ensuring communication and alignment to drive efficiency, and prioritize projects across brands.
Experience and Qualifications
1. Experience in FMCG marketing.
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience, including at least 3 years in marketing or innovation with a proven track record of project management.
3. Strong numerical and verbal reasoning skills.
4. Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate clearly in English.
5. Strong project management skills, demonstrating leadership and influence across multifunctional teams.
6. A proven ability to deliver results and make impactful decisions.
7. Accountability and a drive to exceed expectations.
8. Ability to build trust with stakeholders.
9. Resilience and capability to work under pressure with competing priorities.
10. Experience in IMF and cross-functional leadership roles.
