Your new companyHays Education are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Maths Teacher to join a well - established secondary school in Wigan. This role is to be from the start of May and will run for the remainder of the academic year, with a strong possibility of becoming a permanent position for the right candidate. Your new roleYou will be responsible for delivering engaging and high - quality Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4. You will join a supportive department and play an active role in helping students achieve positive progress in their maths learning. Behaviour is excellent and boasts a supportive and inclusive environment. What you'll need to succeed
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Equivalent (ECT welcome).
* Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics.
* Ability to plan, deliver and assess high - quality lessons.
* Effective classroom and behaviour management.
* A commitment to safeguarding and student welfare.
