As Senior Manager – Strategic Finance, you’ll play a key role in delivering the technical accounting and financial reporting required for major strategic projects, including complex one‑off transactions. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, enjoys cross‑functional collaboration, and wants to influence high‑impact decisions.
Responsibilities of the Senior Manager – Strategic Finance include:
* Prepare and support detailed technical accounting papers for material transactions under IFRS.
* Provide accurate, timely financial reporting for strategic projects.
* Project manage multiple workstreams and build strong relationships across the business.
* Coordinate deliverables across CFO teams and external advisors, ensuring outputs withstand rigorous scrutiny.
* Drive process improvements, reporting automation and operational efficiencies.
* Ensure all reporting is high‑quality, audit‑ready and aligned with stakeholder expectations.
The successful Senior Manager – Strategic Finance, will have:
* Qualified Accountant with experience in large, complex finance functions.
* Strong technical expertise in IFRS (including IFRS 15 and IFRS 16).
* Experience in dynamic, fast‑paced environments; group reporting experience is highly valued.
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
* Proven ability to deliver high‑quality outputs in project‑based work.
* Strong financial reporting, audit, accounting and modelling skills, with a proactive mindset.
