Overview
A leading, collaborative legal practice is seeking an Insolvency and Restructuring Solicitor to join its busy team in Norfolk. This is a varied and fast‑paced role covering both contentious and non‑contentious work, offering exposure to complex matters and a diverse client base including insolvency practitioners, creditors, directors, and employees. The team advises on both contentious and transactional matters, including restructuring, winding‑up proceedings, directors' duties, and debt‑related issues. It is known for its supportive, collaborative approach and its ability to handle complex, high‑quality work.
Responsibilities
* Support business restructurings and formal insolvency processes
* Assist with insolvency‑related disputes and contentious matters
* Draft legal documentation and conduct legal research
* Manage files and progress matters efficiently
* Liaise directly with clients and stakeholders, providing clear updates
Qualifications
* Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE
* Strong technical knowledge in insolvency and restructuring
* Confidence managing a varied caseload in a fast‑paced environment
* Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
* Effective communication with clients and stakeholders
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Detail‑focused, resilient, and calm under pressure
