Salary: £32,000 - 72,000 per year Requirements: Proven experience in a Product Developer or similar role within textile-based products Strong technical understanding of garment construction, materials, and manufacturing processes Experience managing technical documentation and product specifications Confident working with global suppliers and manufacturing partners Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and the Adobe Creative Suite Experience with garment fit, sizing, grading, and quality control Highly organised with strong attention to detail Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style Responsibilities: Manage the full product development lifecycle from concept through to production and launch Research materials, components, and construction methods to support product improvement and innovation Work with suppliers and external partners to manage sampling, testing, and approvals Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications and Bills of Materials (BOMs) Manage fit, sizing, and quality reviews, providing clear feedback to suppliers Review product costings and support margin and commercial targets Monitor progress against agreed timelines and critical paths, escalating risks where required Ensure products meet internal quality and compliance requirements Provide accurate product information to internal stakeholders to support commercial activity Technologies: Support UX UI Design More: We are an established organization seeking an experienced Product Developer to support the end-to-end development of textile-based products in a technically driven environment.
