We are looking for a CRM Specialist to join our Marketplace function, to take responsibility for managing and maintaining the Salesforce platform for the Kingfisher Marketplace, used to manage merchant acquisitions and relations across multiple markets.
What's the job
1. Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform for the organisation, including optimising the platform to meet the needs of our retail banners ( B&Q, Castorama, Brico Depot)
2. Create and manage user accounts, import, and export data, configure workflows, create reports and dashboards, and customise the platform to meet Kingfisher's specific needs
3. Ensure the security of the Salesforce platform, managing roles, profiles, and permissions to keep data confidential and secure
4. Collaborate with retail banners to understand their unique processes and requirements, provide training and support to users and customise the platform to meet their needs
5. Moderate Kingfisher's relationship with its Salesforce Partner agency, coordinating with the agency to ensure that any customisations or integrations are implemented smoothly and effectively
6. Translate Group and banner Business Development teams’ requirements into additional CRM processes/technical modifications to drive simple and effective merchant lead gen and acquisition processes
7. Develop our Community Cloud-backed Merchant Hubs for all banners to deliver seamless experiences for our merchants
What you'll bring
8. Proven experience in a technical CRM/Salesforce Administrator role- ideally in an established marketplace/the home improvement industry/related fields
9. Knowledge of Salesforce configuration, workflows, data management, security, and reporting
10. Experience with Salesforce Lightning Products (Sales, Service, and CRM Analytics. Preferably also experienced with Pardot, Media and Community Clouds)
11. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
12. Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
13. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other departments and teams
14. Salesforce Administrator certifications/super sets and badges (Trailblazer)
