Key responsibilities of the Senior Accountant: Manage and take full ownership of a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery Prepare and review complex financial statements for corporate clients Compile and assess interim management accounts for accuracy and insight Prepare and review personal tax returns, ensuring compliance with current legislation Prepare and review partnership accounts and associated tax returns Oversee and submit quarterly VAT returns in line with statutory requirements Support in the development of financial forecasts and business projections (desirable but not essential) Participate in client meetings and liaise directly with company directors and business owners Provide training, guidance, and task delegation to junior team members Qualifications and Experience: ACA or ACCA qualified with a strong background in practice (Newly Qualified) as an experienced Accounts Senior, Assistant Manager, looking to progress their career further.
