This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys developing existing accounts, identifying growth opportunities and building long-term partnerships with clients.
The role focuses on expanding Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) contracts, identifying additional works and supporting compliance-driven upgrades across an established client base.
Rather than purely transactional sales, this role is about consultative selling, account growth and long-term client partnership s.
Account Development
Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts
Conduct proactive account reviews and client site visits
Introduce additional compliance-driven services where appropriate
Support the transition of installation projects into long-term maintenance agreements
Additional Works & Projects
Identify and scope additional works opportunities within client sites
Lead consultative conversations around service improvements
Ensure clients are aware of the full range of services available
Maintain strong relationships to support long-term retention and growth
Pipeline Development
Manage opportunities and sales activity through CRM
Facilities Management
Property Management
Support & Resources
You'll be fully supported with the tools needed to succeed, including:
Structured on boarding and training
Marketing support and lead generation
CRM systems and account insights
Pre-qualified leads and defined account lists
The business also regularly attends industry conferences, exhibitions and networking events, and you'll be encouraged to represent the company and build your professional network.
We're looking for someone who is commercially aware, relationship-driven and confident in developing service-based sales opportunities.
At least 3 year's experience within the Fire & Security industry (preferred)
Experience selling service contracts or maintenance solutions
A consultative sales approach within technical or compliance-led environments
Experience identifying and pricing additional works or upgrade projects
The ability to manage both existing accounts and new opportunities
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
Confidence engaging with Facilities Management and Property Management stakeholders
A professional presence on LinkedIn and industry networking platforms
Candidates with strong service sales experience in related technical sectors will also be considered.
30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
