I am working with a VC-backed international B2B services provider with an ambitious 'buy and build' growth strategy. They are seeking an experienced, technically strong Group Financial Controller to play a pivotal role in driving the company's financial success. Responsibilities Included: Develop and maintain all necessary day-to-day financial controls, systems, and processes to ensure the efficient and effective management of the company's finances. Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements. Take responsibility for all financial accounting, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Support the implementation of a new finance system. Lead the centralisation of accounts payable automation and credit control. Provide financial reporting and analysis to support the company's strategic objectives. Skills and Attributes: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with significant experience in a similar role. Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines. Effective communicator with the ability to present financial information to stakeholders. Experience in supporting business growth through mergers and acquisitions.
