Position Summary: Sr. Solution Engineer
Cadalys is on the hunt for a Sr. Solution Engineer to join our Engage IQ team that is specialized in Salesforce Service Cloud and ITIL/IT Service Management (ITSM) to join our dynamic team at Cadalys. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to customers and prospects, helping them understand and utilize the value and differentiation that Cadalys brings to the market. You will work closely with the sales team, customers, and Cadalys Service Management product team to propose, design, and demonstrate solutions that meet each customer's unique needs, using a deep understanding of out-of-the-box Service Cloud behaviors and of customizations to drive maximum value.
Key Responsibilities
· Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify new opportunities and develop a deep understanding of customer needs.
· Conduct in-depth technical presentations and demonstrate unique expertise in achieving the value of Cadalys solutions in production and at scale.
· Effectively co-sell with other teams, including partners, Cadalys expert services, Salesforce, and other team members to communicate how multi-party implementations work clearly and concisely.
· Become proficient in communicating the value of a total ITSM solution, including software, services, the ITIL framework, and organizational change management.
· Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce and ITSM technologies, providing guidance and best practices to internal teams and clients.
· Lead technical discussions with customers and prospects, answering questions and providing guidance on technical features, functionality, and integration.
· Conduct hands-on proof of concept testing and product evaluations to demonstrate the value of Cadalys solution.
· Develop technical content and collateral to support sales and marketing initiatives.
· Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies related to Salesforce and ITSM.
· Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the organization.
Qualifications:
· Fluent in ITIL terminology and practices
· Proven track record with 5+ years of experience in solution engineering or a related role, with a focus on Salesforce and ITSM.
· Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and customization capabilities.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
· Solid understanding of various products/functionality in the Salesforce ecosystem
· Preference will be given to candidates that have ITSM implementation and/or sales experience.
· Preference will be given to candidates that have Salesforce Certifications and/or ITIL certifications.
· Preference will be given to candidates that speak multiple languages, in addition to English, with a focus on German, French, Danish, and/or Dutch.
