About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support across the Architectural Design, Planning, Site Selection, and Technical Design teams within A&D.
2. Raise and receipt Purchase Orders within required timeframes.
3. Process Points of Connection Requests accurately and on time.
4. Conduct EVCP site selection, including preliminary site analysis and feasibility checks.
5. Assist the Architectural Design team with document preparation, scheduling, and records management.
6. Support the Planning team with administrative tasks related to project approvals, submissions, and tracking.
7. Work with the Site Selection team to gather, organise, and maintain location data.
8. Assist the Technical Design team with organising reports, technical documents, and system entries.
Key Success Factors
* Accuracy in Purchase Order Processing within service-level timelines.
* Complete and correct Points of Connection Requests, minimizing revisions.
* Efficient site selection assessments ensuring data accuracy and site feasibility.
* Timely and accurate document and schedule preparation for architectural support.
* Up-to-date organisation of site selection data.
* Minimal errors in technical reports and records management.
Reporting Line
The role reports to the Head of Assessment & Design, overseeing administrative duties across the assessment & design teams.
