The Role As HR Business Partner - North & International, you will: Partner with UK (North) and International retail teams to provide strategic and operational HR support Deliver across a broad range of HR areas including employee relations, L&D, engagement, reward, and succession planning Act as a key contact during store openings, closures, and structural changes Develop and deliver HR projects aligned with business goals, providing key people insights and metrics Coach and support leaders and managers, ensuring a consistent and legally compliant approach What We're Looking For Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in a multi-site retail or customer-focused environment Strong knowledge of UK employment law; international exposure (particularly US) is required.
