I’m recruiting for an established agency looking for an experienced 360 Construction Recruiter (Consultant to Principal level) to join their Maidstone office .
You’ll step into a warm desk with existing clients and national contracts – temp or perm, white-collar or blue-collar. Choose the desk that suits your strengths.
What’s on offer:
* Basic salary :
* Consultant: £28–£31k
* Senior: £32–£36k
* Principal: £42–£45k
* OTE : Realistic and uncapped – at least double your basic
* Commission : Paid from £1, not threshold-based

What you need:
* Minimum 6 months’ 360 construction recruitment experience, including BD
