We are looking for a passionate, hard working and organised chef to join our team. The Acorn has a fantastic reputation, having 5 stars on TripAdvisor and being 4.9 on Google. We pride ourselves on fantastic, homecooked food using the best produce from Somerset and Dorset.
This role has been created to add extra capacity in the kitchen, aiding the head chef and running service when needed. The ideal candidate will have some kitchen experience but we can offer full training. Most important is a desire to learn, a good work ethic and a love for local produce.
You'd be joining The Acorn at an exciting time as we look to expand our offering. We already run popular monthly supper clubs, a well-supported bistro on a Friday night and lunch and breakfast seven days a week, but we are keen to do even more. This role is key to our expansion.
