Little Street is an award winning play centre for young children, themed as a miniature version of a typical town, inspiring children to explore life in the world around them. Open 7 days a week, our leisure facilities provide a fun and educational play environment for children and their parents/carers. Alongside our play area, we have a small cafe selling drinks and pre-packaged snacks.
The role:
We're looking for an enthusiastic Play Centre Assistant to join our vibrant team for hours per week. Shifts available between 9am–6pm Mon, Tues, Sat, Sun. Must have some availability midweek.
This part-time role is perfect for students, whether you're finishing school or in college, as well as anyone looking for a rewarding job that fits around other commitments. Full training is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet our customers with a smile and create a friendly atmosphere.
* Take food and drink orders, and make hot beverages for our guests.
* Engage with children during their play, ensuring a safe and joyful experience while keeping play areas tidy.
* Help prepare for and support birthday celebrations.
* Maintain a clean and inviting environment for everyone to enjoy.
