Description
Full time role, 37 hours a week, during term time.
Assist with preparing financial reports and maintaining accurate records.
Process invoices, payments, and expense claims in a timely manner.
Support the reconciliation of bank statements and financial accounts.
Help monitor budgets and track expenditure across projects.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
Maintain organised and up-to-date financial documentation.
Assist with audit preparation and respond to financial queries.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
A basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong transactional Finance skills set.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Job Offer
