Golf & Leisure Membership Manager
Luxury Resort - South West
JWR is thrilled to be partnering with a prestigious luxury hospitality group to recruit a Golf & Leisure Membership Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, client-focused hospitality professional to lead membership sales and engagement across both golf and leisure, driving growth and delivering exceptional member experiences at a flagship resort.

The Role
As Golf & Leisure Membership Manager, you will take ownership of the full membership strategy across both golf and leisure. You will drive new membership sales, manage renewals, support corporate accounts, and cultivate a warm, inclusive, and premium member culture.
You'll be a key ambassador for the resort, strengthening member relationships and ensuring service excellence throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the membership sales function across golf & leisure, achieving annual revenue targets
Drive proactive new membership sales, including corporate partnerships
Manage renewals, retention strategies, referrals, and up-selling opportunities
Act as the primary contact for members, ensuring exceptional communication & premium service
Plan and deliver a year-round calendar of member events, golf competitions, and activities
Maintain accurate CRM records, reporting performance & sales activity
Oversee golf & leisure membership administration, including debt management
Support budgeting & forecast processes with proactive sales actions
Produce membership communications, welcome packs, newsletters & promotional materials
Represent the resort at networking & promotional events to build brand visibility
Lead and motivate a membership & front-facing team to achieve excellence
Ensure compliance with all health & safety & brand service standards
About You
Proven background in membership sales within golf, leisure, fitness, hospitality or luxury environments
Commercially astute with a strong track record in achieving sales & retention targets
Confident communicator & relationship-builder with exceptional guest service standards
Excellent organisational skills with event management experience
Motivational leader who inspires a positive, service-focused team culture
Passionate about delivering memorable experiences and creating a thriving member community
