What You Will Do:
Manage a complex caseload of children with additional needs, ensuring tailored, high-quality support.
Work closely with multi-agency colleagues to deliver holistic interventions.
Advocate for the child’s voice in all decisions, keeping their needs at the centre.
Develop and review care plans designed to meet individual circumstances.
Build strong, trusting relationships with families and carers, promoting safeguarding and positive change.
