Assistant Manager
We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our friendly, community-focused pub in the heart of St Margaret's.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys leading a team, and takes pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere for both regulars and new guests.

What we look for in an Assistant Manager:
8. Supporting the overall operation of the pub
9. Leading and motivating the front-of-house team
10. Delivering exceptional customer service
11. Assisting with staff training and development
12. Managing shifts and ensuring smooth service
13. Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality
14. Supporting stock control, ordering, and compliance procedures
15. Helping drive sales and community engagement initiatives
16. Passionate about marketing and creating engaging social media content
17. Maintaining high standards across service, cleanliness, and presentation
