We’re recruiting for a Senior Residential Support Worker to help guide, mentor and support a team within a nurturing home for children with emotional and behavioural needs in Salford and Stockport. This is an incredible opportunity to take the next step in your care career with a clear pathway to management.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Acting as a shift leader, setting the tone and expectations for junior staff
* Supporting the Registered Manager with compliance, team development, and safeguarding
* Building strong and trusting relationships with children aged 8–18
* Contributing to care planning, behaviour management and incident reporting
* Ensuring a homely, therapeutic environment where children can grow and thrive

About You:

* A driver’s licence is preferred but not essential
