Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Head Chef in managing day-to-day kitchen operations.
* Lead and motivate the kitchen team in the Head Chefs absence.
* Maintain the exceptional 5-star food hygiene rating.
* Ensure full compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
* Manage kitchen inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
* Collaborate with the team to consistently deliver outstanding food and service.
* Train and guide junior team members in culinary techniques and kitchen procedures.
* Contribute to the creation of exciting new seasonal menus every two months.
