JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Store Supervisor at Levi Strauss & Co., you will work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. You will be the key link between our products and customers, supporting and developing our Stylists.
Key responsibilities:
1. Support and deputise for the management team in achieving KPIs and profit opportunities.
2. Set and monitor daily and weekly sales targets to improve store performance.
3. Track KPIs and team performance through reports and updates.
4. Assist with store operations including stock management, payroll, admin, and rota planning.
5. Enhance the customer experience by providing exceptional 1-2-1 service, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
6. Motivate, inspire, and develop the team through training, coaching, and sharing product knowledge.
7. Demonstrate passion for the brand and embody company values.
8. Possess strong customer service skills and experience managing a team efficiently.
9. Proven track record of team development and growth.
10. Experience in achieving sales targets and managing store operations within retail.
