What’s involved?
14. Leading the kitchen during service, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency
15. Development of all menu items and specials, reviewing and refreshing dishes in line with business requirements and other external factors
16. Planning and coordinating kitchen operations alongside senior management
17. Coaching and developing your team, fostering a positive and collaborative culture
18. Ensuring full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and allergen regulations
19. Managing recruitment, training, and ongoing development of the team
20. Controlling costs and driving profitability through effective stock and menu management
21. Acting as a key communicator between kitchen, front of house, and guests
