Location: Plymouth

Job Type: Part Time (24 Hours per week), FTC 1 year (Maternity Cover)

Salary: £15k to £16,260 depending on experience, plus commission subject to achieving team target

Sphere Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced and driven Resourcer / Senior Resourcer to join our Plymouth team.

The Role

Working closely with our experienced consultants and leadership team, you’ll play a key role in identifying, attracting, and managing top construction talent across a variety of sectors.

This is a fast‑paced, people‑focused role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, spotting talent, and delivering a high‑quality recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and attracting candidates through multiple channels
• Managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process
• Writing adverts and marketing live vacancies
• Conducting candidate screening interviews and qualification calls
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines
• Supporting consultants with client requirements and recruitment campaigns
• Managing candidate compliance and onboarding processes
• Using CRM systems to maintain accurate records and activity

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience within recruitment, resourcing, or talent acquisition
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• A proactive and organised approach
• Ability to work in a busy, target‑driven environment
• Construction recruitment experience would be advantageous, but not essential
• A team player with ambition and a positive attitude
