Residential Conveyancer | Weston-super-Mare
TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a modern and rapidly growing conveyancing practice that is looking to appoint a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join its expanding team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated conveyancer with 23 years experience managing their own residential property caseload who is looking to join a forward thinking firm that embraces technology, values client care, and offers genuine long-term progression opportunities.

The Role
You will be responsible for managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Remortgages
* Transfers of equity
* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties throughout transactions
* Ensuring compliance with AML and regulatory requirements
* Delivering high levels of client care and communication throughout the transaction process
You will work as part of a supportive and growing team where quality of work and client experience are highly valued.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of 23 years experience independently managing a residential conveyancing caseload
* Strong knowledge of both freehold and leasehold transactions
* Excellent client communication and organisational skills
* A proactive and positive approach to work
* Strong understanding of compliance and AML procedures
* An interest in modern legal technology and efficient ways of working
