Our client, one of the UK's fastest-growing tyre retailers, is recruiting for a Fast-Fit/Tyre Centre Manager in Midsomer Norton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled individual to oversee operations, lead a dedicated team, and contribute to the ongoing success of a busy automotive service centre.

* Competitive salary between £36,000 and £38,000 per annum, plus monthly performance-related bonuses
* Guaranteed 42.5-hour working week over five days - Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, with alternate Saturdays 8:00am-4:00pm (day off in the week when working a Saturday)

Duties
* Manage the daily operations of the Fast-Fit Centre, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency
* Oversee stock control, maintaining appropriate stock levels and accuracy
* Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of workshop staff, fostering a positive working environment
* Implement and enforce health and safety policies in adherence with legal standards
* Drive sales and maximise profitability through excellent customer service and team management
* Maintain detailed documentation and reports following company policies
* Support employee training initiatives and performance development
* Ensure the centre adheres to all operational and safety standards related to the Fast-Fit/Tyre Centre Manager position
Requirements
* Proven managerial or supervisory experience within the automotive or retail sector, ideally in tyre retail, fast fit centres, garages, or dealerships
* Demonstrable success in team leadership, sales growth, and customer satisfaction
* Automotive mechanical knowledge preferred; active MOT licence or relevant qualifications advantageous
* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations applicable to the Fast-Fit Manager position
* UK driving licence with minimal points
* Ability to manage a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to operational demands
