Part-time Designer & Operations Assistant
Location: [Glasgow, UK] (2 days in studio + 2 days at local markets)
Salary: £700/month(or more)
Hours: Part-time, approx. 10–20 hours per week

We are a growing creative brand specialising in jewellery, handmade crafts, and lifestyle products. Our mission is to bring unique, high-quality designs to both online and offline customers. We are now looking for a passionate and creative Designer & Operations Assistant (Part-time) to join our team and support our growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Product & Advertising Design: Create product visuals, promotional graphics, posters, and marketing materials.
* Social Media Management: Assist with content creation and daily management on Instagram, TikTok, and other channels.
* E-commerce Support: Help maintain our website and Etsy shop (product uploads, descriptions, updates).
* Brand Promotion: Support company campaigns to improve online presence and customer engagement.
* Offline Operations: Assist at market stalls twice a week, engaging with customers and promoting our products.
Requirements
* Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar).
* Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
* Interest in e-commerce and online retail (Shopify, Etsy experience is a plus).
* Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
* Ability to work independently and in a small team.
* Must be available 2 days in the studio + 2 days at markets per week.
