The Role:
You'll be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for a portfolio of clients, including Auto Enrolment and BACS payments. This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of payroll processes, work closely with clients, and contribute to a collaborative payroll team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process payrolls accurately and on time for a range of clients
* Manage Auto Enrolment and BACS payments
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Keep up to date with payroll legislation and best practices
* Collaborate with colleagues and resolve queries proactively
* Support additional payroll duties as required
About You:
* Proven payroll experience, ideally in an accountancy practice
* Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and Auto Enrolment
* Confident in manual payroll calculations
* Experience with BrightPay is highly desirable
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Positive, proactive, and client-focused

Salary & Benefits:
* £30,000 - £33,000 depending on experience
