Blue Arrow is proud to be working in partnership with a well-known an established Manufacturing company located within Nottingham, and they are looking to recruit an experienced Injection Mould Setter to join their team on a full-time basis working days. As an Injection Mould Setter, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering the production schedule. Hours: This role operates over an alternating shift pattern, Monday - Friday, 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm with an early finish on Fridays. What does the Injection Mould Setter role involve? You'll be responsible for efficient tool changes, setting and optimising the state-of-the-art moulding machines, and working collaboratively with colleagues across the business to ensure smooth, high-quality output. What will you bring to the Injection Mould Setter role? Proven experience as an injection moulding setter in a manufacturing environment Confidence working with machines ranging from 50T to 320T A strong quality-focused mindset Excellent problem-solving abilities Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach A solid understanding of 5S and continuous improvement, with evidence of applying these principles in industry Why should you apply for the Injection Mould Setter role?
